Emma is in her first year on the newspaper staff. She enjoys drawing, practicing the drums, playing the flute, and listening to music. She joined journalism because she has always been drawn to storytelling and hopes to pursue a career as a journalist. Emma sees this class as an opportunity to develop her skills and to give a voice to people who may not feel heard.
