This season, the varsity boys basketball team had great accomplishments and better results compared to last season. Their teamwork was one of the biggest strengths that got them so far into the season.
The Eagles ended their season ranking third in the Mission Valley League with a record of 7-5. They advanced to the first round of CIF against Le Lycee High School and secured a win, 65-28. The Eagles moved onto the second round of CIF where they suffered an unfortunate loss to Sage Hills, 53-67.
“This season was not that successful because we didn’t win League Championships but it was definitely an improvement from last season.” stated captain Tyler Lam, junior. “We worked as a team and that helped us win games.”
